Aniimo is going live across its regional servers
Pawprint Studio’s official pre-download notice sets the PC and console launch for September 16 at 10:00 UTC+8. The America server opens September 15 at 22:00 UTC-4, Europe opens September 16 at 02:00 UTC, and APAC opens September 16 at 10:00 UTC+8. Those are regional representations of the launch window rather than separate release days in the usual sense.
The studio opened PC pre-download on September 14 and asks players to reserve at least 40GB of free storage, recommending an SSD. The Windows client requires a 64-bit operating system and Windows 10 or newer; Windows 7, Windows 8 and 32-bit Windows are not supported by the current launch guidance.
| Component | Minimum | Recommended |
|---|---|---|
| OS | 64-bit Windows 10 | Windows 10 or newer |

DLSS 4.5 is available on day one, but it is not part of the minimum-spec story
NVIDIA says Aniimo launches with DLSS 4.5 Super Resolution and Dynamic Multi Frame Generation. Those RTX features sit above the game’s basic compatibility floor: Pawprint’s minimum list includes the much older GeForce GTX 970 and AMD Radeon RX 5600, neither of which should be interpreted as supporting NVIDIA’s current RTX-only DLSS feature set.
That distinction matters when reading the requirements. The minimum specification answers whether the studio intends the game to run on relatively old hardware; NVIDIA’s launch feature announcement describes optional rendering and performance technology for supported GeForce RTX systems. Core Tech Tips is not treating DLSS-generated performance as the baseline represented by the minimum table.
NVIDIA ACE is planned for 2027, not part of today’s launch
NVIDIA also says Aniimo is scheduled to add NVIDIA ACE in early 2027. The planned implementation would let players use natural-language voice interactions with creatures, with a locally hosted fine-tuned Nemotron small language model interpreting intent and triggering in-game behavior APIs.
That feature is future-facing. It should not be confused with the September 2026 release feature set, and neither Pawprint’s launch notice nor NVIDIA’s current description establishes final PC hardware requirements for the future ACE implementation.
Practical context
What this means for PC players
Aniimo is unusual among visually modern 2026 releases in that its stated minimum GPU floor reaches back several generations while still offering current RTX rendering features on newer hardware. That gives the launch a broad compatibility target without making newer GPU features mandatory.
- Players on older PCs can judge basic eligibility from Pawprint’s minimum requirements rather than from the DLSS marketing material.
- RTX owners get an additional day-one path to DLSS 4.5 Super Resolution and Dynamic Multi Frame Generation on supported hardware.
- The studio recommends an SSD but does not list one as a hard minimum in the published PC requirements.
- The planned NVIDIA ACE creature interaction system belongs to the 2027 roadmap and should not influence expectations for launch-day functionality.
Evidence status
Confirmed versus not established
Confirmed
- Pawprint Studio confirms the September 16 PC launch, regional server times, 40GB storage guidance and current minimum/recommended PC requirements.
- NVIDIA confirms day-one DLSS 4.5 Super Resolution and Dynamic Multi Frame Generation support for Aniimo.
- NVIDIA says an ACE-based natural-language creature interaction system is planned for early 2027.
Unconfirmed
- Neither source provides independent launch-day frame-rate benchmarks, so this article does not infer performance at minimum or recommended settings.
- The current announcements do not establish final hardware requirements for the planned 2027 NVIDIA ACE feature.
